Note: The names in this explanation are not the real names of the creators.. it's just that I have no idea what their real names are. I only know their screen names on the Shenmue Dojo forums.

The character Beretta Bass was created by a guy called Alsheimer. He was thinking Max Payne with his berettas and just replaced him with a bass. Alsheimer showed the pictures he made to a couple of his friends, ChaiOgawa and Dan, who started making their own Beretta Bass pictures. These pictures were posted on the Shenmue Dojo forums and a small following began.

Eventually, Beretta Bass fan art started being submitted. I'm one of those fans and my contribution to the saga is in the form of the Beretta Bass computer game.

At the moment there is no real story to the game, but it does let you run around as Beretta Bass and shoot enemies such as the Turnipheads and Pineapple #8.

Every now and then I'll get a chance to work on the game. When it reaches a good point I'll upload the new version to the site here.
